Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in providing a tailored, integrative and depth-oriented treatment approach. I have extensive experience in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety and panic disorder, somatic disorders, chronic pain/chronic illness and a wide variety of relationship issues. I have currently provide individual therapy, couples therapy and group therapy. I believe deeply in therapy serving as a vehicle for healing, self-love and the ability to live freely and authentically. Much of the work of therapy is uncovering the ways in which social stigmas, cultural pressures, past traumas and interpersonal narratives shape the lives we lead, the choices we make and how we interact with the people and the world around us. My most exciting moments in therapy are seeing a client come to understand themselves in a new way, see themselves clearly and feel the freedom to live consistently with their values, dreams and aspirations. In this way, psychotherapy is about more than symptom reduction, but about self-discovery and self-love within the context of a safe and trusting relationship.
