"Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without."

I approach my therapy with the belief that each person is seeking to be the best they can be... that each person is where they are now, but not where they will be. I provide counseling from this belief and make the focus of treatment about transformation and self actualization.

My professional experience stems from years of working with a diverse population, ranging from youth to adults. The common theme that I have discovered in most is the common desire to reach for a goal, to become someone closer to their "true" self. Often this involves various stages of discovery, change, and acceptance. Therapy can be adventure. I see my role as a guide in this journey.

I maintain a very small client case load, typically 10 clients or less at any one time. My intention is work collaboratively with you to help you reach your goals.
