Hello. I understand what a possibly challenging and scary prospect starting therapy may be for some. I am committed to working with individuals, couples and families during various junctures in their relationships, wherein another voice was helpful in moving the relationship along it's path. Everyone deserves and needs to be heard. At times we mis-communicate with one another, and sometimes even with ourselves. I have found this to be a core issue in many relationships that are "struggling." I meet you where you are with compassion, and active listening. I will work hard to help you understand yourselves, what you are experiencing, and perhaps how to move forward and live your best life.
