We do not fail when we realize we need help we simply surrender. Surrender to many means weakness, it means ”going to the winning side.” In many cases, we have won the game of life yet we are still hurting, stuck, or in some form of a joyless life. How does moving to, or back to, a life worth living? How does having a quiet mind, a calm heart, and a steady spirit sound? My experience as a therapist has shown that sound, solution-focused ideas, based on evidence and personal experience can bring these things to anyone who is willing to make a change. Therapy can be a pathway to getting unstuck, healing emotional wounds and suffering, and gaining self-understanding, and clarity. By allowing clients to accept their imperfections I open up the possibilities of growth which can lead to a more meaningful and purposeful life.
