Hello! My name is Christl Stanwood. I have been practicing counseling for 9 years now, in Montana. My approach is person-centered, multimodal depending on where you are at in life and with your needs.
I have worked with clients ages 5-65 and within many life changes and events. I have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, gender identity, ADHD, opposition defiance, divorce, separation, anger, abuse, along with BPD, OCD, and other life long disorders.
My counseling style is interactive, combining multiple approaches depending on what the client prefers and is responsive to.
