My approach is strength based, and starts with creating a safe and comfortable space. I work to empower clients to meet their goals in order to be successful in all aspects of their lives. I have clinical experience working with clients seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments. I use evidenced based treatments including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy skills. I am trained in motivational interviewing, trauma informed modalities, mindfulness techniques, and family systems theory.
