About

I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor and marriage and family therapist in Minnesota with over 15 years of professional mental health experience. In addition to helping individuals, I've dedicated time to an increasing request for support by couples who feel like roommates or don't feel heard or loved by their partner. It's not uncommon to experience worries, stress, sadness, transitional hurdles, and relationship struggles. Sometimes we just need to talk it through with someone neutral and nonjudgmental, learn a few tools, and take it one step at a time to get our momentum back again. I believe we have the answers we seek, and we simply need the support to get to that place we envision. I'm open to hearing your story and collaborating with you on those next steps.
