I am an individual and group therapist licensed in Wisconsin working as a psychotherapist. I have worked individually with children, teens, and adults and have facilitated group therapy with teens and adults throughout the last 5 years. I have worked with clients with various concerns including anxiety, depression, career challenges, difficulty attending and focusing, autism spectrum disorder, mood concerns, and communication challenges.

My therapy style is engaging and person-centered. I believe in treating the whole person with respect and compassion while recognizing how environmental factors may influence personal experiences. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, supportive, and humanistic therapy. In therapy sessions we develop a treatment plan to meet each client’s exclusive and individual needs based off their individual strengths.
