About

I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social worker in California, Nevada and Colorado. I have over 10 years of experience working as therapist, Clinical Director and mentor. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with clients that have different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have supported clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD , mood disorders and trauma related symptoms.

My counseling style is nonjudgmental. Our counseling sessions area safe place for me to listen and support you. The first couple of sessions will be focused on building rapport and establishing safety in our therapeutic relationship. I believe that is essential in order to make process towards wellness.

I believe that change happens when YOU want it most. My role is to empower you through that process. I will tailor the treatment modality and sessions around your unique needs. You have already taken the first step in your journey towards change. I look forward to going on this journey with you!
