I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with over 20 years of experience working as a Clinical Therapist and Recovery Coach. I have worked with a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress management of all ages. I also have experience working with severe mental health diagnosis such as Chronic PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychosis.

I believe in a client centered approach focusing on developing realistic personal goals, as well as improving overall symptoms. My style is one of respect and collaboration in order to learn to enjoy better quality of life no matter what the challenge. Depending on the individual and their particular situation, I tailor an approach using
evidenced based therapies, including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, among others. I can provide some brief therapy options, as well, to assist in managing certain symptoms of trauma such as nightmares, anger, hypervigilance, paranoia, etc.

I will utilize measurement based tools from the beginning of therapy and through out so you are able to see your progress.
