Helping people has always been my calling. I have worked in the field of mental health and social services since 1995. I have a teenage daughter who currently has ADHD, Depression and ODD. I enjoy working out, driving, cooking, and watching all things Star Wars. Just like my clients, I have my good days and my bad days so I try to take my own guidance and apply it to myself. What is your approach to therapy? My objective is to give individuals the tools they need to overcome life challenges and learn how to take control of their mental and physical well being. The ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the work and challenge themselves to find peace of mind and internal joy. I have experience treating men, women and children of various mental health, behavioral health and struggles with addiction. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe in creating a partnership with my clients and consider myself a part of a team with everyone I help. My goal is ensure you feel heard and understood after each session. You should feel validated and respected for the progress you are making no matter how big or small the gains are. You will believe that all things are possible and that you are in the driver's seat.
