My ideal client is what I call the "Worried-Well." These are high-functioning individuals that focus on the negative despite their successes in everyday life. My ideal clients are young adults and may be part of the LGBTQ community. Perhaps they are concerned about coming out and/or exploring their identity. This client may struggle with generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, college/career issues, stress management, life changes, relationship issues, or self-esteem. They would be looking for a therapist to hold them accountable to assist with the changes they need to make to meet their life goals. I specialize in treating clients in the LGBTQ community who struggle with the abovementioned issues. I provide an integrative, supportive, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach to aide clients in creating positive + healthy life changes. My goal is to support clients in creating a life that aligns with their values and who they would like to be.The past years have left us feeling isolated, lonely, & confused! Plans and goals got derailed, leaving some of us to wonder how things would change. By working with me, there is a way out of this into a more positive, life-embracing mindset!
