Hello! My name is Christine (Chris), I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 yrs. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Endorsement in the State of Ohio. I earned my Master degree from The Ohio State University in Social Work. My experience has led me to many different arenas in the mental health/addictions field. The main population that I have worked with are people experiencing depression/anxiety, addiction issues, families dealing with addictions, PTSD, trauma/abuse, personality disorders, and family struggles.

My main focus is to listen to the individual or family member, offer respect, dignity, and acceptance. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our discussions and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. One of the most important aspects for growth in therapy is definitely the relationship between the individual and the therapist. I would like to offer a laid-back environment, support, along with a tad bit of laughter. I usually check my messages two times a day.
