I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with over twenty years experience working with various populations. My practice specialties include mental health, addiction, grief, domestic violence and LGBT issues.

I strongly believe in the ability for anyone to heal regardless of their experiences and I believe that all individuals are capable of finding their happiness and reaching their goals, whatever they may be. I work from an empowerment perspective and believe that we are all experts of our own situation. My approach involves Solution Focused Therapy as well as CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I can meet you where you are and we will start from there.
