About

I have experience working with adults with various concerns including infertility, high risk pregnancy, parenting, family conflict, relationship issues, and anxiety. I have much experience working with women dealing with high risk pregnancy as well as infertility.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Yoga Therapy. As a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, I incorporate the importance of holistic healing, relaxation, and wellness into my therapy practice. I believe in working as a team and utilizing a strengths based approach in order for clients to gain understanding and make changes.
