About

I began my journey healing others in 2007 as a yoga teacher leading wellness retreats. I was trained in a somatic psychotherapy work, called Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and did this body-based work prior to my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about the intersection of psychology, yogic philosophy, neuroscience, and mindfulness and combine all of these in the work I do as a therapist. I am passionate about helping others to live their best life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions.
