I can help you work through differences and complex topics in a way that brings connection and clear boundaries and reduces the anxiety and depression that often accompany discord or fighting. I have almost 20 years of experience helping people of all ages accept themselves and their situations while at the same time gently working toward becoming the best and healthiest version of themselves. I use a blend of therapy techniques such as the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT and Solutions Focused Therapy.
