I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience helping and guiding people in a relaxed, compassionate and personable manner.

I love my work helping people with their quest to become whole and psychology well. I also like to focus on holistic and integrative strategies to help you achieve your goals.

I believe in a collaborative approach and we will work together to help you become unstuck and/or find ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues that keep you from being the person you want to be.
