About

I am a licensed therapist in Minnesota and North Dakota with 18 years of professional work experience. I am genuinely interested and accepting of others and believe that everyone deserves to feel accepted, comfortable and respected in counseling relationships. My approach to providing services is eclectic, and incorporates multiple therapeutic models because I believe no client should be put into a treatment mold but rather mold the treatment according to each person's need. I provide education, skill building and support to help clients learn how to self-regulate symptoms of anxiety, and depression. I work with clients from the lgbtq+ community and provide a non-judgmental space to talk about issues directly related to their individual experiences as identifying as someone who is part of the community. I work with clients who've experienced trauma and abuse, and low self esteem. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
