I’m here to give you tools and resources to help you to live better.

As a licensed therapist, my job is to provide 2 services:

To help you resolve an immediate problem, e.g., a relationship break-up or losing your job.
The second service – sometimes the more important service – is to help you learn how, what to do and why this challenge was presented to you.

My job is to work myself out of a job because I helped and guided you towards a greater knowledge of yourself.

My psychotherapy and counseling training includes working with the client from an eclectic approach with an emphasis on Gestalt and Focusing-Oriented Therapies. In the USA I hold licenses in New York, Florida and South Carolina. For 10+ years I have worked either in person or online with clients from Ireland, UK, Germany, Dubai, Norway and the Netherlands. My interest is in supporting our global community with internationally cultural sensitivity and intelligence.
