I congratulate you on your choice in pursuing therapy. I use an empathic, supportive and validating approach in my use of therapies such as DBT, CBT, Postive Psychology and Psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy working with a diverse array of people and diagnoses. I strive to be non--judgemental and have respect for all types of individuals, gender, race and sexuality notwithstanding. I have 20 years of experience and training working in a variety of settings. I love what I do and I look forward to working with you and helping as best as I can. I work Tue - Fri from approximately from 10-6.
