I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Tennessee and a Mental Performance Consultant certified by the Association of Applied Sports Psychology. Prior to my clinical practice at Power within Counseling and Mental Performance, I worked at a University in New England with undergraduate and graduate students in the counseling center and in the athletic department to help students maximize their well being and their mental game. I also have extensive experience running groups for grief and loss as well as emotional wellness and anxiety.
