Hi, I'm Christina, a therapist in North Carolina . I generally serve adult women who are residents of NC, with a special focus in the areas of anxiety, ADHD management, trauma, PTSD, grief and those who may or may not identify as nuerodiverse.
Feeling "stuck" , having difficulty with "next steps", motivation, anxiety, stress management, grieving are all things I may be able to help you with.
I am a person-centered therapist, meaning I follow your lead with our sessions and my approach to therapy is you already have all you are looking for. I am only a guide to help you discover your own innate way to healing or answers. We will do this through constructive and therapeutic conversations and some tailored explorations assigned for you to complete between our sessions .

I do an initial session to see if we are a good fit for what you are looking for and if so we will identify a goal to get started on.
