Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of work with individuals who have experienced addiction, trauma, bullying, depression, self-esteem , confidence issues, work related stresses, and anxiety. I have also worked with couples, families and youth on additional issues, including life stressors, communication issues, caregiver and parenting fatigue.

Finding someone you can connect with and trust is very important in a therapeutic relationship and can leave you feeling very vulnerable in the process. Confidentiality is extremely important and I it take very seriously. I have received feedback from clients that say I am easy to talk to, a good listener, non-judgmental and honest. I actively listen, get to the root of the issue and with joint collaboration build goals/solutions using your strengths.

I am available evenings and weekends with some availability during the day if needed. I can interact with you how ever you feel comfortable; live messaging, video and/or phone.
