I work in ensuring my clients feel that they are in good hands throughout our therapeutic relationship. I believe it is important that my clients feel heard, understood and validated. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, providing a client-centered approach to meet my clients where they currently find themselves. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is paramount in successful therapy and continually strive to provide that safe environment.
