I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in North Dakota. I have experience working in the hospital and outpatient setting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns that include depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting problems, life transitions, and career challenges. My therapy style is person-centered. I am compassionate, empathetic and warm. I like to empower my clients to tell their story and make small goals that will enact change. My therapy approach combines narrative and solution-focused therapy models. I tailor treatment plans to fit each individuals unique needs.
