I get it. You’re sitting there scrolling through dozens of therapist profiles wondering who could hear you, understand you, not pass judgement on you, or who can help you. I know you are probably eager to get started talking to someone, and I want you to do just that.

I won’t waste your time listing off my credentials or years in practice, but what I will tell you is that I am human. JUST. LIKE. YOU. This process is about you and working with you to reach your goals and providing you with strategies and encouragement along the way. I work from a solution-focused model meaning we work toward solutions rather than focusing on the problem and not really getting anywhere. One of my favorite things about being a therapist is that people invite me into their world and allow me to work on problem solving with them.
