I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with over 5 years of experience working professionally with mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addictions, and physical/mental disabilities.

My counseling style is warm and interactive, we work together to create change. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solutions-focused counseling. I believe that by working together we can tailor treatment to meet your needs.
