Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri. I have over 16 years experience providing professional counseling to individuals in a wide variety of therapeutic settings. I have worked with individuals needing a little help over a hurdle in their life to individuals with acute and chronic mental health diagnosis. I am well suited to assist individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, life adjustments and chronic mental health issues.

My approach is CBT with mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I treat everyone with respect and warmth. I live and work by the motto love all, serve all. I enjoy helping and supporting others so that they can be the best version of themselves. I am believe in working together to establish a treatment plan to meet your specific and unique needs.
