About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, who has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have worked with clients suffering from depression, to debilitating anxiety, as well as adjusting to life changes. I am also a Certified Parent Child Interaction Therapist, and enjoy working with parents who want to improve their relationship with their child.

My counseling approach is open, warm and aimed to help you have better understanding and insight. Each client has a unique need, and I also tailor my theoretical approach based on what is best fit for them and going to help them reach their goals.

It can take a lot to reach out for support and begin counseling, and I am here to listen and help you feel comfortable with the process. I always aim to help my clients feel heard and understood.
