About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years’ experience working with adolescents, families, and parents. I have worked with clients who have struggled with mental health disorders including trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, along with family conflict, and relationship issues.

My approach is empathetic, validating and warm. I value the importance of having a trusting, open relationship, and believe that all deserve dignity and respect. I believe it is important to be flexible and adaptive regarding my approach in order to best meet your needs. I have experience with using dialectic behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psycho dynamic modalities.

I know that seeking help can be scary, and is a big step. We can start at your pace when you’re ready, and I am hoping to be your therapist on this journey!
