I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience in Community Mental Health. I have provided services to individuals of all walks of life and ages. I most enjoy working with individuals who are seeking to self-empower themselves thru the transformative healing process. The most common areas I work with are anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, intra/inter personal relationship challenges, insomnia, and other daily life challenges.

I believe that we are multifaceted in that we have a mind, body, and spirit that interact dynamically with each other. Therefore, it's important to address all of our forms so that we can fully integrate the therapeutic work. I am trained and use a variety of modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Strengths based Solution Focused Therapy, Reconnective Healing, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Person Centered Therapy among others.

My primary role is to be a good listener (reader), ask good intentional questions, and offer practical strategies to achieve the goal(s) you are wanting to work on. In this process, I bring you along in a way that you can not only tap into your own wisdom but guide the work we do together. Helping you feel and be empowered from the beginning is an important part of the work if we are looking for long lasting change. What you can expect from me a warm, non-judgmental, honest, and compassionate style of communication, as we navigate this part of your journey together.
