About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health from Clemson University in 2008. I have worked with a wide range of clients to address social and emotional needs, including stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, loss and grief, interpersonal conflict, and trauma. My goal is to partner with my clients to achieve healing, self-awareness, healthy perceptions, stronger personal relationships, emotional regulation, peace, and clarity. In the process, clients will explore personal strengths and individual assets to increase overall satisfaction and well-being. I work from a humanistic and holistic point of view to establish acceptance and compassion. Treatment plans and selected modalities are developed to address each client's individual needs.
