Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, depressed, or heartbroken, and don’t know what to do? I have once been there and know how difficult it can be to get a hold of emotions, anxiety, depression, heal, overcome life’s challenges, and feel better. Hi, my name is Christina and I am here to walk with you through your healing journey. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and warm space for you as we unpack feelings of depression, anxiety, heartache, relationship challenges, interpersonal struggles, self-esteem, trauma/abuse, and life transitions. My practice combines therapeutic techniques that integrate the mind, body, and spirit so that true healing can occur. I use a blend of approaches to empower you to become aware of and move through thought patterns, emotions, behaviors, and relationships that may be creating difficulties and impacting your health and well-being. I became interested in helping others heal and grow through my own healing journey of trauma, depression, and anxiety.
