A little about me - my name is Tina Johnston and I am a licensed psychotherapist with over ten years experience working with teens and adults who want more out of life and are looking for a New Start. My specialties include anxiety, depression, stress, substance use and abuse, career advancement and job issues, entrepreneurship, personal growth and therapeutic life coaching. My approach is strengths-based and based on Positive Psychology so I tend to look for what's right with people rather than what's wrong, and we build from there. I am an innovative problem solver and use progressive techniques including experiential learning, adventure therapy, revisioning, hypnotherapy, and success initiatives.
