Christina is a veteran of the United States Army, having served for 8 years for the National Guard and Reserves. Christina uses a person-centered, recovery oriented approach to help individuals achieve their self-identified goals. She is knowledgeable in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is certified in a parent education class based on the model curriculum developed by the Supreme Court of Virginia providing support for both parents and children. Christina can help with: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Substance use disorder, Bi-Polar,Recovery from persistent mental illness, Trauma Recovery, PTSD, Grief/Loss.
