I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with over 25 years of professional and more importantly life experience. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including school counseling, individual counseling, and human resources counseling. My passion is to help individuals overcome stumbling blocks in both their personal and professional lives and reach their fullest potential. To help them identify negative patterns, change those patterns and live happy and productive lives.

My counseling style is friendly but serious. I will treat our time together with the utmost respect and work to help you make significant life changes in the shortest amount of time. I utilize several different schools of thought including solution focused brief therapy as well as structural and strategic therapy.
