Hello and thank you for reaching out! I believe in meeting people where they are at. I will support you in exploring your current situation and partner with you to find an approach to therapy that utilizes your inherent strengths. I believe therapy is a dynamic process that changes along with you and can be a way to safely explore new ideas. I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California since 2015 and in the state of Texas since 2021. Prior to my licensure, I worked for 18+ years in various areas of behavioral health and education. I work primarily with people experiencing anxiety, depression and major life transitions. I enjoy working with children, teens and adults utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy. I often incorporate cognitive behavioral and humanistic techniques into therapy, in order to find an approach that is best for you.
