The truth is that therapy isn't fun or easy (trust me if I had a magic wand I would use it). Sometimes things feel worse before they feel better and healing looks different for everyone but please do not be discouraged. The good news is, that there is hope, and you don’t have to go through whatever it is you may be going through alone. Burdens are lighter when they are shared and if right now the pain just feels too heavy, I can help you carry it. Together we can work through whatever it is you may be facing until there is room for everything else. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from all different backgrounds. Clients have described me as caring, authentic, down-to-earth, and sometimes funny (laughter is powerful stress relief). My experience includes, but is not limited to, helping clients work through depression, anxiety, work-related stress, self-esteem struggles, family conflict, relationship conflict, addiction, life transitions, postpartum challenges, anger management, grief and loss, and trauma.
