I am licensed in Florida with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients manage a number of challenges including stress and anxiety, parenting issues, depression, and ADHD. My approach in counseling varies based on individual needs but overall I embrace a person-centered approach informed by cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.
It takes a great deal of strength and courage to seek support and my goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are, to listen without judgment, to genuinely understand your goals and needs in the therapy relationship, and to do everything in my power to support you on your personal journey.
