I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahoma with 3+ years of experience. I've had the pleasure of working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, marital and relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, self-esteem, behavioral disturbances and ADHD. I've also assisted many people in confronting maladaptive behaviors who have encountered physical trauma or emotional abuse. My passion has called me to work with families, couples and individuals experiencing life cycle transitions that have interrupted day-to-day functioning. My job is to assist you in both addressing, and working through, whatever the issue might be, allowing you to create a healthier and more sustainable future!
