Hello I am a licensed marriage family therapist in California with 4years experience primary working with those striving to overcome substance abuse issues. I have worked with a variety of clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, Family & relationship issues , and transitional periods in life.

I enjoy to work collaboratively with my clients to help them to identify their current areas that are looking to strengthen or let go of. Each treatment approach is tailored to the needs of the individual. I utilize motivational interviewing, cbt and dbt Counseling approach. I am also a huge yoga enthusiast and the benefits it offers.

It does take a lot of courage and readiness for change to reach out. I want to help empower you to make the positive changes you desire.
