I have a relational treatment approach which means that the relationship that develops between you and I is the most important ingredient for change. You can expect me to be somewhat casual and very approachable. I use humor and compassion to create connection. This connection creates a safe place for us to exchange ideas, talk about experiences and share vulnerably. We can talk, draw, write, and imagine to make sense of your experiences and create more stability and satisfaction in all of your relationships. I have a varied professional and personal background that allows me to relate to my clients on many dimensions. I have worked in education, sales, the military and business development. Personally, I have been married, divorced, and widowed. I have co-parented and been a step-parent. I use the depth of these experiences to enhance my clinical work.
