I am a individual and marriage counselor licensed in Michigan and Indiana with 20 years of experience. I also am a limited licensed Psychologist in Michigan. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I also specialize in Christian faith based counseling.
I strive to listen and understand where people are at in their life. With understanding I help find their strengths and purpose, as they move forward with understanding and healing. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and Narrative therapies. I love to integrate art and journaling into therapy with people who are open to being more creative/expressive. I love people and believe that God made a purpose for each one of us.
