Teens and young adults may struggle with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem daily yet are unable to recognize such traumas through inexperience. Learning to cope and overcome these struggles alone can be a difficult task, and some never learn healthy coping skills. I seek to empower teens and young adults alike to lead the life they want to lead using a variety of techniques and interventions. I specialize in working through these traumas and overcoming issues that stem from them using a variety of interventions and techniques. We’ll work together to develop treatment goals and a plan to help you take back control of your life.
