Experiencing trauma and severe stressors in today’s world is almost unavoidable during our lifetime. Positively tackling and overcoming such stressors are possible with appropriate professional guidance.
My passion is assisting children and adults challenging and overcoming depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Some people prefer to engage in active conversation throughout the session while others prefer the therapist asking the questions.
