Life can be hard to cope with sometimes. And sometimes, without meaning to, our own cognitive habits can feed into the distress. Therapy is a good setting for looking at our own thinking and identifying what's helping and what isn't, for finding new ways to think that will help us to cope better, for resolving past trauma and alleviating the distress that it brings. I am here to facilitate those processes. I've been helping people since 2013 to learn how to be their best selves. My primary therapeutic approaches are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I help clients strengthen their communication skills and their ability to establish and maintain appropriate, healthy interpersonal boundaries. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, easy to talk with, supportive, and rational.
