I am a LMSW, licensed in Michigan with 5 years of professional work experience. I am also an almost 10-year veteran of the US Army. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder and personality disorders.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and empathy. My style of therapy is laid back. I actively listen and want to help you in developing realistic goals for yourself. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I am merely here to support you in your goals.
