Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor within the state of NJ. I currently hold a M.S. Degree in Mental Health Counseling and specialize in addiction, marriage and family counseling as well as sex therapy. I have provided counseling services to a large number of individuals dealing with a wide array of issues which include mental health and addiction. I currently provide clinical supervision to clinicians seeking advancement within the profession and manage inpatient referrals for a dual diagnosis population.

My approach is existential at heart and encompasses the search for meaning in life. Within this approach I find that individuals are able to not only improve their relationship with self but also uncover the hope and motivation to overcome the setbacks they have faced up to this point in life. My current position allows me to provide both inpatient as well as outpatient services allowing for proper assessment of an individual's treatment needs. Within my role of a therapist, I have provided couples counseling, career counseling, and mental health counseling to identify a few. If chosen as your therapist, you and I will look to develop a therapeutic relationship that will focus on identifying your treatment needs in an attempt to improve your situation. The goal of therapy is to one day reach a point where you have equipped all the tools necessary to manage daily stressors and prevent unhealthy patterns/behaviors from continuing.
