I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Texas and North Carolina with over 15 years of experience in the field. I am a certified clinical tele-mental health provider. I have worked primarily in crisis settings where I have assisted individuals and families in navigating what is often the worst time of their lives. I've helped individuals and families to address issues with relationships, stress, grief, coping with new medical diagnoses, suicide, and psychosis.
I enjoy assisting clients in developing skills and sound supports that will solidify the work done in therapy.
My counseling style is influenced by what is needed in the moment. If it appears that a warm and inviting listening ear is needed in a particular moment, I will be that. If it appears that a firm and straight forward conversation is required to reset after falling away, I will provide that. My goal is to offer help and support in whatever season the client may be in. What clients can expect from me is genuine care and concern.

I offer night time hours, and I am currently available on Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday nights. The platform does allow you to schedule yourself, but to avoid confusion, please check with me to ensure that your desired time slot is actually available. Thank you for understanding.
